#1) Principles that will help you screw your life a little less.
Earlier this week, I sat down to enlist some of the most significant graving concerns discovered profoundly within my generation. Some of us deal with the sheer volume of stress associated with figuring out our passion, some of us suffer due to unhealthy boundaries, and some of us suffer simply by overthinking.
While pain is an essential part of life, we can and must work to evolve the quality of pain for the better. Therefore, I drew all pointers into 5 basic principles, which can be worked upon immediately. As a person begins to work on any one of them, it creates a snowball effect to improve others as well. #2) The truth about boosting our immune system
In most supermarkets and drug stores, we can find packaged vitamins that claim to boost our immune systems. This week I’ll discuss how useful they actually are in combating diseases and bacterias.
According to the latest study by Harvard Medical School, such products don’t really offer any benefit as there is no clear evidence that they help in fighting disease. Why?
Well, the thing is that there is nothing like boosting the immune system if you are a healthy individual. Our immune system is very finely tuned to fulfill the requirements of our body. There is a balance between an immune system that is effective at limiting the ability of bacteria, viruses, and parasites to cause infection. And a hyperactive immune system that can cause such problems as allergies, diabetes, and other types of autoinflammatory and autoimmune disorders. If there were a wholesale boost to the immune system, it could trigger autoimmunity and other problems.
There is some truth to the fact that vitamins can help immunity. However, they can help fight diseases only if the person is severely malnourished. A healthy person has not much to gain from packaged vitamins.
Therefore, during the ongoing health crisis in the world, don’t be preoccupied with packed vitamins and other immunity drugs. Whereas, the best sources of good and healthy nutrients can be obtaining them directly from wholesome foods that are loaded with vitamin content.
