Self-Improvement Sunday #3: Building True Love and the most profitable Outlook for life

Namaste Reader!

Welcome to another week of prodigious self-improvement augmented by sheer dedication to become formidable. This week we are talking about (1) what is true love and how to build it, (2) little never-taught tricks to boost our mental growth, and (3) what is the most profitable outlook for life?

Let’s get on the task immediately.

1) What is True Love and How to Build it?

We often contemplate what is true love. Well, to be fair, there are multiple definitions of love publicized all over the internet. Each of them uniquely apprehends love, thus touting a distinct meaning altogether. If I round up every story, saying, or belief that professes love as – a precise human emotion or feeling, or a particular state of affairs, or a behavioral expression; probably, I would have to round up every book or novel ever written on love. However, none of these precepts correctly define love.

Love is far simpler than any of the meanings assorted to it by society. It, at no point, is convoluted or unfeasible. Love is not something that happens independently. It is consciously built over time.

People often infer love as an exceptional state of feeling that incipiencies gradually. As if the universe, somehow, sprinkles magical fairy dust, that imbues the feeling of love, all over them. However, that’s not the case.

Love is neither an emotion that can be felt nor a situation that can be evaded. It is a nexus of our choices. Continuous activity of our mind and soul together, which acts as an overture. This week I wrote a very crisp and precise article on true love and the straight method to build it.

2) Little never-taught tricks to boost our mental growth.

We all employ various methods and teachings to advance our self-growth. Besides, various conventional shortcuts are continually suggested to us. As if life is a mathematical equation that can be simplified using a pre-set formula.

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about 6 methods that I personally use to expand my comprehension abilities and healthily foster mental growth. There is one thing which is common in all of my methods, that all of them are interdependent and are inherently endless activities. They all adhere to the fact that progress is a continuous task and not a one-time adjustment.

3) What is the best way to look at life?

One of the most significant aspects of life that I have observed in recent times is the freedom that it gives us to construe whatever meaning we desire for it. Earlier this month, I explained the effect of the underlying aspect rendered on our lives and its confluence with history, science, and all existing religions of our world.

If you didn’t read that piece, then read here: The End of Science and Spirituality: Who am I?

Ever since writing this article, I have been wondering what is the best way to look at life. I evaluated numerous possibilities of approaching life, categorizing them according to a few substantial parameters (commons desires that are observed in people everywhere), and their overall experience as per the data obtained by various researches done all over the world.

The results are quite enticing and overwhelming. I am compiling them into a brief article for next week. Let’s hope I can complete it by then 😉

Until next time,
